One light observed not functioning above the glasswasher
Corrective Action(s): Install a upright paper towel dispenser with soap dispenser as this hand sink is situated the closest to the hot dog holding unit
Replace burned out light to ensure adequate illumination.

Ice machine observed to be clean. Recommend cleaning every 3 to 4 months
*Ensure food safe coverage is in place when in operation
*Ensure monitoring logs are being maintained when in operation. This would include recording information for the glasswasher (Chlorine concentration in final rinse), glass cooler, back room freezer and hot dog hot holding unit (Hot holding must be at a minimum of 60c)

Upright glass cooler cold holding at <4c
Back room freezer cold holding at <-18c
Liquid soap and paper towels at hand wash station next to the upright glass cooler
Glasswasher tested at approx 60ppm chlorine in final rinse. Chlorinated detergent dispensed into wash tank. Wash tank temperature at 150F
