- Handwash station has hot and cold running water and liquid soap. The sink is loose. Reconnect the sink to the wall.
- Display cooler is 4 C or below
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection. Pest control in place
- Temperature of high temperature dishwasher above 72 C at the plate level
- Quats sanitizer available
- All food items are stored at least 6 inches above the ground
- Back storage room is clean and organized
- General sanitation of the site is satisfactory
