At the inspection dated, February 20, 2019 there were 8 children and 2 staff present with a total of 31 children enrolled in all classes. As part of this routine inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
Education and recommendations:
continuous supervision,
notification of reportable incidents,
lead in drinking water,
mandatory inspections to assess applications for temporary placement, retention and exemption, and
provision of active play.
