Observation: The wood base under the dough mixer has been painted with paint. Several spots of bare wood are showing where the paint did not contact the surface. The job is incomplete.
Corrective Action(s): Paint the wood base again and ensure that all bare wood surfaces are painted so that no surface of the wood base will absorb moisture.

Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Hard transparent display cases are in use for above counter baked product display on sale. The wood base under the dough mixer has been coated with washable oil-based paint, although areas of bare wood exist on the base..
