Comments

Foods not observed stored in opened cans. A new glass pitcher is in use to store inventory of condensed milk in use. Raw chicken and fish not in stock. All chicken nuggets and fish from central kitchen supplier received pre-cooked ready to be reheated and served. Wiping rags stored in containers of 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer solution. Note: Operator is currently preparing both sanitizer for wiping rags and sanitizing compartment of dishwashing sinks manually with test strips as feeder system is not functioning.
