Follow-up to inspection #260659 Code 304 corrected -Rodent droppings in the alcohol storage room, under the dry good racks and other noted areas have been cleaned/sanitized *Ensure daily cleaning of hard to reach areas to better monitor for pest activities Code 209 corrected -All dry goods stored in closed, pest proof containers (newly purchased) -Uncovered food items (ice cream, cake) have been covered with plastic Code 305 corrected -Gap between entrance doors sealed -Gaps around plumbing fixtures under 2 compartment sink sealed -Other points of entry also sealed Other Observations -Improved sanitation of premises but more work needs to be done under cookline (grease build up) as these conditions attract pests -Fraser Health application form provided to operator to obtain a replacement permit (code 104) -"Rodents n Food Premises" info sheet by Fraser Health provided to operator -No other violations observed -Pest control company inspection conducted May 31/2023 -->all recommendations followed
