Comments

Follow up conducted to inspection report #TGIL-CRGSGE.

Findings:
- Facility has started using shallow pans/containers to store and cool down hot potentially hazardous food.
- Temperature of walk in cooler recorded at 3.3C.
Operator stated that staff was opening the walk-in cooler door more frequently during rush hour resulting in fluctuations in ambient temperature of walk-in cooler during routine inspection.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in sanitizing pail.
- Deep cleaning has been conducted by the facility.
- No signs of food debris and/or dirt build up observed behind the cooking line, along the walls, on the cooking equipment and in the storage room.
- Storage room has been re-organized and all food containers with dry food were properly sealed/covered. Good.
- Back door was closed at the time of inspection.
- Gap on the top of screen door has been sealed. However, there is still some gap on the top side corners of the screen door.
Operator stated that they will keep the back door closed since there is still some gap when the screen door is fully closed.
