Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon arrival hand sink was blocked, liquid soap missing from hand sink and paper towel dispensing unit was wrapped in plastic wrap rendering it not usable.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Soap dispenser located at two compartment sink, plastic wrap pulled off paper towel dispensing unit, bucket moved from hand sink.
