-Reviewed Manual Wash method with operator: wash-rinse-sanitize with bleach >100ppm chlorine residual as per your test strips

Reused wiping towels for food contact surfaces maintained in sanitizer buckets when not actively used

General Sanitation good
In-Use Utensils: blenders are manually washed at the 3-compartment sink <4 hours as per operator -rinsed inbetween this period
-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
NOTE: do not use toilet paper for handwashing -the consistency is not durable enough for wiping hands -paper towels only
