Routine and follow-up inspection conducted due to prep cooler not working. Prep cooler is now in good working condition and maintains ambient temperature at 4C - Hand wash stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - Cooler units are all at or below 4C - freezer units working and measured at -18C or below - High temperature dishwasher achieves 72C - Bleach sanitizer achieves 100ppm - No signs of pest activity - Dry storage is adequate. Shelves have now been covered. A more permanent fix will take place in the coming months
