Comments

-The following changes were made: an ice cream freezer was added to the front and the prep cooler was removed. A dipper well was installed for the ice cream. A new display refrigerator was purchased for tarts.
Ensure that an updated floor plan is submitted within two weeks. No objections to the changes that were made.

All coolers, except for the milk cooked noted above, were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests, traps were in place.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm
General sanitation was satisfactory.
