Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEAT VIOLATION - Upper unit of the sandwich display cooler not maintained at 4C or below. Multiple sandwiches were probed and ranged from 10C to 13C.
Corrective Action(s): All sandwiches containing deli meats and eggs were discarded at the time of inspection.This part of the cooler should not be used until satisfactory follow-up inspection is conducted. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in this unit.

Observation: Biofilm and stains observed in 2 ice machines.
Correction: Ensure to empty all ice out, clean and sanitize.

Ice machines in sanitary condition.
Bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottle and in bucket - measured at 200 ppm with test strips.
Floor is clean under the coolers.
Foods are covered. Single use containers are not being used for storage.

Outstanding item to be corrected:
*Upper unit of the sandwich cooler not functioning properly. The issue appears to be improper air circulation because the bottom unit is functional. Ensure this issue is addressed by consulting with a technician. Ensure the temperature of 4C or below is read when stored foods are probed.
