- Quat sanitizer at 200ppm with cloths submerged - All hand wash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. ** Replacement mounted soap dispensers that were broken are on order - picture to be sent once mounted (hand sink across the dipper well station and hand sink at the bar area) - Staff unsure if general manager has posted permit in the facility ** Picture to be sent of posted permit. Ensure it is located in a conspicuous location. - All foods appear protected at time of inspection (ie. covered) - All food equipment appears to be in good condition - damaged containers discarded. ** Door sweep to be installed by required date as per previous routine inspection - picture to be sent once completed.
