Comments

- Ice wand was being used to cool a bucket of broth at time of inspection - Good.
- Only a small portion of bean sprouts were held in ice water out at room temperature.
- Rice scoops held in ice water in between uses.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at front server area and in back kitchen.
- Funnel used for disposing waste was satisfactory at time of inspection. Reminder to wash using dishwasher at the end of each day.
- Continue to monitor for any ants.
- Reminder to clean floors behind fryers and other cooking equipment at least once a week.
