Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dead mouse and rodent droppings were observed on the floor behind the upright freezer near the back door.
Corrective Action(s): Staff removed the dead mouse, removed the rodent droppings, and mopped the floor with bleach water during the inspection. Ensure to check for signs of pest activity, conduct regular cleaning, seal any potential entry points, and continue with the professional pest control program.

Observation: Lighting is dim in the dry storage room and light bulbs were flickering.
Corrective Action(s): Operator has ordered new replacement light bulbs and had a receipt available on-site. Ensure there is sufficient lighting in the dry storage areas to assess sanitation. Replacement light bulbs are required to be shatter-resistant or encased in shatter-resistant covers.

Follow up inspection:
-Rodent droppings had been removed from the floor below a shelving unit in the dry storage room.
-Pest control program is in place via Kwality Pest Control Ltd. (2x/month).
-Front entrance/exit door and backdoor were closed between use.
-Glue board had been re-secured along the floor to wall junction in the dry storage room.
