All finished food products, ingredients and packaging material stored off the floor in the warehouse.
Pest control services in place. No evidence of pests at time of inspection.
General sanitation is good for warehouse and production areas.
Production involves, mixing/sorting, steeping, washing, grinding, baking, cooling, frying, cooling, and then packaging.
Magnet, metal detector and X-ray available for detecting foreign material.
Lot codes and package on dates affixed to packaging.
Tanks and lines are washed with hot water between runs.
Hypochlorite solution and acetic acids solutions available for disinfection (clean in place).
Hand sink leading to production area provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Hand sink in "sanitation room" provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 2 compartment sink available for use.
Employees provided with clean outer garments and hair nets.
Walk in cooler not in use at time of inspection. Used mainly for tempering.
Walk in freezer at -21 degrees C.
