Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator unable to communicate proper manual dishware washing practices even with the instructions taped above the 3 compartment sink in the kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): Operator able to explain proper manual dishware washing after education has been provided. Ensure to educate to all employees on the proper manual dishware washing practices.
