-Rotting fruit noted between on floor between line cooler and cabinet
-Spills and debris noted under ice cream machine and line cooler
-Thick layer of dust build up beside ice machine
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean areas noted above to remove dust and debris. Equipment may need to moved out to reach these areas. Correction date: July 28/17

-Improvements noted in the level of sanitation of the premises; however, additional cleaning needed in hard to reach areas as noted above.
-Wiping cloths stored in bleach solution (200ppm chlorine). Wiping cloth in use had >100ppm chlorine residual.
