Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in the bakery prep area was blocked by rolling racks. Other hand sink by the walk-in cooler/freezer was in accessible and not supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand wash stations are easily accessbile at all times and supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.

Comments

Hand wash station in the prep area of bakery supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm (in spray bottle and at the dispenser).
Walk-in cooler and display coolers were at 3-4 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at -22 deg C.
Temperature log was available; however, dates were incorrect since all days are pushed 1 day ahead.
Dishwasher was not turned on at time of inspection. Dishwasher is used for big pots and pans (used once a month).
Dishwasher to be checked for next inspection.
General sanitation was ok. Equipment, counter tops and floor was clean.
Staff were wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint.
