Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating at required temperature of -18'C.
- Hot holding units operating above 60'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled bucket/spray bottle.
- 3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
NOTE: Ensure all dishware are soaked in 200ppm chlorine solution after washed with soap/water --> air dried.
- Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Back storage area satisfactory.
- Washrooms satisfactory.

NOTE: Ensure dough mixer is washed/sanitized after each use.
NOTE: Permit to Operate hand delivered at this time. Ensure the permit is posted on a conspicuous location.
