Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4 pappadums and 20 packages of tamarind had rodent chew marks or droppings on them. One bag of rice had chew marks on the bottom. These foods were stored on the shelf next to the back door.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded during the inspection. Keep all foods in pest proof containers with tight, fitted lids.

Observation: Evidence of mice in the premises. See code 201. Droppings found in the back area. It appears that a pest control company is coming on site.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Provide the invoice for the pest control company by next Monday.
2) Clean all droppings.
3) Keep all foods in sealed, pest proof containers at all times.
4) Ensure that door sweeps are in place at the back door.
