Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surfaces sanitizer (chlroine) was too strong and resulted in test strip bleaching out.
Corrective Action(s): Chlorine concentration must be maintained at 100ppm to 200ppm to prevent potential contamination of food and food contact surfaces. Excessive concentration of bleach may be toxic. To prepare 100ppm to 200ppm chlorine sanitizer, add 1/2 teaspoon of bleach to 1 litre of water. Chlorine sanitizer was prepared at 200ppm at the time of inspection.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 77C at the plate level.
Kitchen ventilation hood in sanitary condition. Next cleaning schedule was due Jan 30 2022. Please contact a contractor for kitchen vent hood cleaning.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezer measured at -18C
Hot holding measured at 60C and higher.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
Washrooms in sanitary condition.
