-all equipment has been placed in containers, and surfaces washed and sanitized each morning between food prep starts -kitchen re-organized and decluttered -cleaning done daily -signs of rodents very minimal -pest proofing renovations to the kitchen including door sweeps, filling holes around plumbing and baseboards around kitchen and in storage closets to start ASAP
