Comments

Premises is a produce store. Trimming & repackaging done on site.

- Handsink is fully equipped.
- 2 compartment sink available. Operator has buckets set up inside the sinks to facilitate manual dishwashing procedure. *Ensure to equip well-fitted drain plugs for the sinks.
- Sanitizer available at 200ppm chlorine.
- All coolers (in store) at 4C or below.
- Walk-in cooler (off site) at 4C or below.
- Ensure old glueboard traps are replaced, snap traps are operational.
