Salad prep counter at 3.6°C. (Recommendation: please keep lid closed when not in use especially hot summer days). Under counter cooler (bottled soft drink): 4.0°C. Under grill hot holding unit (one section in use) > 60.0°C. Hot holding (rice) >60.0 °C. Food scoops stored in ice bath (thank you). Food storage - organized.
