Introduction

A unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act, Child Care Licensing Regulationand the applicable Director of Licensing Standards of Practice. All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance except for the facility's policies and procedures as there have been no changes since the previous routine inspection.

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #SMOY-B65PJ7 have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated, October 29, 2019 there were 6 children and 3 staff present. As part of this routine inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and and copy is provided. No violations were identified during today's inspection therefore no action is required.
