Observation: Sanitizer was 0 ppm coming out of dispenser, no test strip available on site.
Corrective Action(s): Premises is to close until dispenser has been repaired. All surfaces, utensils and equipment must be rewashed and sanitized once dispenser has been repaired before can reopen.

Observation: Front hand sink does not have liquid soap, staff advised washes hands in back. Smoothies and waffles are made at front counter.
Corrective Action(s): Must have liquid soap, and paper towel at the front hand sink at all times.

Observation: Found mice droppings under counter with yogurt toppings.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up droppings, wash and sanitize area, and place traps to rid mice. Contact pest control if needed.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Found food build up on the walls around yogurt machines, on floors under yogurt machines and shelving units through out premises, and counters under bulk candy containers.
2. Also found food on the tables out front
Corrective Action(s): 1. A thorough cleaning is required throughout premises, especially in the above noted areas.
2. Ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned at end of night, leaving food on surfaces provides a food source pests (i.e. mice which are present in the premises)
