ACTION
- Replace the broken plastic, sliding doors on the raw meat display cooler. This was required to be completed in May 2023.
- The meat band saw MUST be washed and sanitized at the end of each night. Do NOT allow any meat to remain on the saw and clean it in the morning, as the meat will attract flies and mice.
- Remove the mould in the corners and edges of the plastic sliding doors, on the raw meat display case. This occurs due to bulid up of condensation. Throughout the day, wipe away the condensation to prevent mould growth. |
