Fill holes found in this area and where the wires come through from the dishwasher. =Handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water =Cooler units measured < 4 degrees C and freezer units measured < -18 degrees C =Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces. Reviewed mixing procedures (1 tsp bleach with 1 litre of water) =General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered. =Staff FOODSAFE certification verified to be within expiry date, and posted with health operating permit note: dishwasher downstairs not being used. Facility is using 3 compartment sink method for manual warewashing for equipment. Food service for customers is done via take out. Operator indicates that the facility may be torn down by the end of the year
