Observation: The dishwasher did not have 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
Corrective Action(s): The sanitizer container was replaced at 50 ppm chlorine was acheived.
The dishwasher must be working properly at all times. This is a repeat violation. As per Fraser Health's progressive enforcement policy, further enforcement action will be required if the dishwasher is not working in the future.
