-Recommend keeping all foods in the dry storage room in sealed, pest proof containers.

Note: The faucet at the 3-compartment sink was replaced and it now reaches all three sinks.

Food is still being transported from the Queen's Park Care Center every morning.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Steam tables were not turned on, but receiving and temperature records were available.
Temperature records for coolers/freezers and dishwasher records were up to date.
Staff were FoodSafe Level 1 certified.
No evidence of pests. Pest control reports reviewed during the inspection.
The dishwasher reached 75 C at the plate level. Thermolabels are used daily to verify that the temperature at the plate level is > 71 C.
Quats sanitizer solution was tested at 200 ppm at the dispenser and in the sanitizer buckets.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
