Comments

Routine inspection was conducted and following observation were made:
- Handsinks in kitchen and washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Two compartment sink available
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 76C during the final rinse at the dish surface
- Coolers- prep cooler and upright glass cooler measured at less than 4C. NOTE - Prep cooler inserts measured at 6C. Keep the cover of the inserts closed when not in use
- Storage freezer and chest freezer less than -18C
- Hot holding unit for brown rice measured at greater than 60C
- Food safe verified at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
