-the handsink near the employee washroom has no paper towels dispensed
-the handsink next to stove has no paper towels dispensed
Corrective Action(s): -place a fixed paper towel dispenser at the handsink next to the washer
-replenish the paper towel dispenser

Any paper towel rolls in use need to be in a dispenser or a spindle type dispenser so as to prevent the ends from being contaminated

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed multiple times foodworker wiping her hands on her apron
Corrective Action(s): The apron is NOT for cleaning soiled hands -it is there for protecting the underlining clothes only. Wash your hands at the designated handsinks when contaminated!

Observation: STILL observing some mouse droppings in hard-to-reach areas -corner under wash and utility, under front dining area tables.
Observed a dead mouse under the shelves next to the back door

Abell Pest Control is coming in monthly as per operator -have a hardcopy onsite for the follow-up inspection or email me the last work report
Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect DAILY. Monitor for rodent activity EACH MORNING with a high powered flashlight (phone light too weak). Clean and disinfect with bleach

No Daily Log sheets are being maintained for the washer or fridges

Operator called repairman and schedule to come in tomorrow morning

Washer must maintain sanitizer residuals >50ppm as per the test strips

Follow your Manual Washing sign for warewashing while the repair is being done
