308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: 1) Prep cooler is leaking water. Staff informed that water pools 10 minutes after cleaning. 2) Walk-in cooler is activly dripping, some boxes on shelves are affected (boxes of prepackaged juice are wet). 3) Prep cooler perpendicular to espresso machine is too cold (-10C). Corrective Action(s): Repair both leaks at coolers in 2 weeks. Adjust the prep cooler so it is operating 0-4C. Violation Score: 9

Demonstrated to staff how to remove noted debris using knife. Pastry case maintained Ice machine kept in sanitary condition, scoop stored outside Permit posted and 1/2 Foodsafe certified staff onsite No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection General sanitation has improved greatly, please continue to keep at this level of sanitation at minimum Note: please store dog treat buckets separately from food for public (eg. granola)
