-Follow-up inspection to July 21, 2021. -Staff member in the kitchen has FOODSAFE Level 1 - valid until August 05, 2024. -Wallet certificate provided by the staff member did not match the FOODSAFE database. People ID was not the same person as the staff member and expiry date stated July 01, 2024. -Verified the staff members FOODSAFE database information with her Driver's Licence. -During all hours of operation, at least one person must have FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training. Future incidences where FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent trained staff are not present during hours of operation will result in the issuance of a violation ticket. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
