Corrective Action(s): Remove these items from the premises. Violation Score: 1 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)] Observation: There's a new staff on duty. She does not have Foodsafe Level 1 certification. Corrective Action(s): In the operator's absence, at least one employee on-site must be FS level 1 certified. Get this done by April 30, 2020. -Working coolers are below 4 degC. -No hotholding was being done at the time of the inspection -Handsink's fully equipped -Dishwasher rinse is 71 degC. USE DISHWASHER TO WASH ALL DISHES AS DISCUSSED. -Bleach is on-site. BUY ANOTHER SPRAY BOTTLE AND LABEL IT "SANITIZER" AS DISCUSSED. WIPE DOWN COUNTERS, ETC WITH SANITIZER SOLUTION.
