-No hotholding was being done at the time of the inspection
-Handsink's fully equipped
-Dishwasher rinse is 71 degC. USE DISHWASHER TO WASH ALL DISHES AS DISCUSSED.
-Bleach is on-site. BUY ANOTHER SPRAY BOTTLE AND LABEL IT "SANITIZER" AS DISCUSSED. WIPE DOWN COUNTERS, ETC WITH SANITIZER SOLUTION.
