Planned opening is approx July 25 Walk in cooler at <4C Walk in freezer at <-18C Sandwich cooler at <4C New low temp pressure dishwasher installed. Chlorine sanitizer at appox 80ppm. Soap dispensed Modification made to floor plan.Dishwasher has been relocated, new handsink installed adjacent to 3 compartment sink, no objection to relocating the sandwich cooler. Cooked chicken prep table to be installed at former sandwich cooler location. A follow up inspection will need to be conducted prior to opening to the public to correct the outstanding issues Received cheque # 1012 for $187.50
