Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B3ESR8.

- New preparation cooler is in place. Internal temperature of food inserts probed at 4 degrees C. Ambient temperature of lower compartment at 1 degree C.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer tested at 200 ppm.
- Dishwasher gauges serviced, as stated by management. Dishwasher gauges appear to be working properly.
- No unlabeled chemicals observed at time of inspection.
Note: Walk in freezer ambient temperature measured at -6 degrees C at time of inspection. Monitor and adjust or service as necessary to ensure foods are stored at -18 degrees C or less.
