Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Right bar handsink was blocked with pepper and cheese shakers
2) Left bar handsink soap dispenser is empty.
Corrective Action(s): All handsinks must be accessible at all times and be equipped with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot and cold running water.
1) Remove cheese and pepper shakers
2) Refill handsoap for left bar handsink.

Observation: Standing moisture and debris underneath the bar counters and around the mop sink. These areas need to be kep dry as possible
Corrective Action(s): Keep areas as dry as possible to prevent breeding of small flies. Using a vacuum is ideal as wet mopping can create and accumulate moisture puddles on the floor. Date to be corrected: today
