Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two hand washing stations were obstructed by coffee jug and trays in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Staff moved the aforementioned items away from the hand washing station. Do not obstruct hand washing station during operations.

Observation: Stains observed on the water tray inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing. Correct by: today.

Observation: Rodent droppings noted at the following areas:
- Along side the wall behind the cook line.
- Under the shelving units in the dry storage area.
- In the corner beside the bay door.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the aforementioned droppings from the kitchen area. Continue to monitor for rodent activities and follow instructions from professional pest for remediation actions. Correct by: Feb 17, 2024.

- High temperature dishwasher registered 73C at plate level.
