Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report #TCHN-C8VN6S Staff has been given training in thermometer calibration method using ice slurry, as per food safety plan. Walk-in cooler (chicken) was in use at time of inspection, measured 4.8°C ensure doors are closed when not in use Sliced cheese in deli bunker measured 5.8°C potentially overstocked and blocking air flow a few display coolers observed to have air vents partially obstructed by tall packaging
