Bar in Member's Lounge does not appear to be used frequently, not in use during inspection. Before use, the operator should carry out the following: -Do a thorough cleaning under the coolers and sinks to remove debris and discourage pest harborage -Paper towel not present at hand wash sink. Ensure the hand wash station is fully stocked with soap, hot water and paper towel available -Bleach sanitizer bottle present, but chlorine was not detected in the sanitizer. See that a spray bottle of bleach sanitizer is available, 100ppm concentration (approx. 1tsp per litre of water) Observations at time of inspection: -All coolers at or below 4C -Glass washer functioning as intended -Hot water available -3 sink wash station available
