Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1) No sanitizer was on-site
2) Ice cream scoop in cup of room temperature water

Corrective Action(s):
1) Sanitizer was made at the time of inspection, measuring 100ppm chlorine. Ensure that this solution is always in use and made daily. Store wiping cloths in this solution when not in use. Chlorine test strips available on-site.
2) Ice cream scoop must be stored in ice water and washed/sanitized every four hours or when the ice melts. Operator made new ice/water solution at the time of inspection.

- No sign of pests at the time of inspection
- System has been implemented to have all blenders/equipment washed and sanitized every four hours as per the previous inspection. All utensils are washed at 4pm and 8pm after opening at 12pm.
