To be completed within 1 week. -Operator is currently only slicing + packaging ready to eat meat. -Operator is currently working with the City of Burnaby to meet their requirements (plumbing, electrical etc). -Operator has submitted a layout plan with 2 compartment sink (for handwashing) and additional packaging equipment shown.
