Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-B69TCT:

- Chopped vegetables stored inside the walk in cooler (front) at < 4C. Ensure to bring only small batches for food preparation.
- All handwashing stations easily accessible, and free of any equipment inside the sink. This sink is for handwashing ONLY.
- Most food items are stored in bins with lids or plastic wraps. Ensure to protect ALL foods from contamination.
- General sanitation has improved. Keep up with regular cleaning and deep cleaning of the kitchen.
- The floors near the dishwasher is kept dry. Do not allow water splashes to collect on the floor and routinely clean the floors to prevent pooling of water.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. A copy of the certificate was available and verified at the time of the inspection. Ensure that at least one FOODSAFE certified staff is on duty at ALL times.
