Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the surface sanitizer buckets measured <50ppm chlorine bleach concentration. This is inadequate. Staff prepared new sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CSST8W:

- Raw eggs stored inside the back upright cooler at 4C.
- Soy milk stored inside the back upright cooler at 4C.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated green bin at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- All handwashing stations now equipped with wall mounted soap and paper towel dispensers.
- Daily temperature log available, up to date. Continue to monitor the temperature daily.
- Additional pest traps and controls installed. A third party pest control company has been hired for monthly pest control inspections. Keep copies of summary reports on site for review by the health inspector.
- General sanitation satisfactory. Ventilation hood/exhaust system has been professional cleaned. Service date stamped as June/July 2023.
