Updated floor plan received for retail area. No seating for dine in. Takeout only.
Partition/divider in place to separate production area and small retail area.
Hand sink in production area available for use.
Retail exterior cleaned.
Food safety plan and sanitation plan received for soft serve ice cream. Commercial liquid pre-mix or powdered mix (mix with sugar and milk) to be used to make soft serve ice cream.
Display cooler for cream based pastries at 3-4 degrees C.
Display case available for loaves, cookies, and other shelf stable baked goods.
Domestic cooler freezer section at -15 degrees C for individually packaged ice cream products.
Walk in freezer in production area at -14 degrees C for storage of liquid pre-mix.

Reminder: no processing of food products is allowed in the retail area.
