Ownership change occurred, routine insp. conducted: - Cooler 4C; freezer -24C; thermometers to be installed - FoodSafe certified staff present. Go to www.foodsafe.ca to renew before July 2018. - FSP + SP approved - All surfaces are durable, smooth, and cleanable. - Hand sink stocked w/liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot + cold water. - Bleach used as sanitizer. Mix 1 tsp. into spray bottle and into spray bottle and fill w/hot water (replace each day). Mix 1 tbsp into sink and fill w/ hot water. - Cheque for $75 obtained for permit fees. * Submit an update floor plan for our files - Permit to operate granted.
