Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # NO NUMBER of Jun-16-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Final rinse concentration of chlorine in dishwasher observed to be below the minimum of 50ppm at approx 40ppm. Correction: Until level of sanitizer can be increased, sanitize all utensils in the 3 compartment sink using quat as the sanitizer. Ideally the concentration of chlorine in the dishwasher final rinse should be approx. 75ppm.
