Observation: Final rinse concentration of chlorine in dishwasher observed to be below the minimum of 50ppm at approx 40ppm.
Correction: Until level of sanitizer can be increased, sanitize all utensils in the 3 compartment sink using quat as the sanitizer. Ideally the concentration of chlorine in the dishwasher final rinse should be approx. 75ppm.
Comments

Dishwasher now dispensing at approx 75ppm chlorine in final rinse. Dishwasher may be used again.
