Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Scoop handle directly touching flour in dry storage bin. Operator removed the scoop and placed for cleaning
2) Soaking fries were left uncovered. Operator placed a cover immediately
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure scoops are placed in a manner that will not contaminate the food items
2) All food items must be covered to avoid possible contamination

-Permit is displayed in a conspicuous location
-Hand wash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-All coolers (stand-up cooler, and domestic fridge cooler) are below 4C
-Both trunk freezers and domestic freezer are below -18C
-High Temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level
-Sanitizer spray bottle and sanitizer in a bucket with cloth is available and achieves 200ppm Chlorine
-Dry food storage is satisfactory
-No signs of pest activity
-Public washrooms are clean
